Reservation and Payment Policy:

2. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.

3. Full payment is required upon check-in.

4. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards for payment.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night charge.

2. No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation period.

Check-in and Check-out:

1. Check-in time is at 12:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Smoking Policy:

2. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a cleaning fee.

Damage Policy:

Liability

1. The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, unless caused by the negligence of the hotel.

Right to Refuse Service:

1. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates hotel policies or behaves in a manner deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

Unmarried Couples Policy:

1. Unmarried couples above the age of 18 are welcome to stay at our hotel.

2. Couples are required to present valid identification proof upon check-in.

3. Local identification cards are not accepted as valid identification.

4. Only couples with valid identification proving their age will be allowed to check-in.
